Refund policy

I understand that there are times when a piece of jewelry looks great online but doesn't look as great on your body once you get it, or, it's just not exactly what you thought it was. That's ok. You can return your purchase for a *full refund:
 

  • Please notify me in writing at info@poetandcrow.com of your intent to return your purchase within 10 calendar days of receipt. As the buyer, you are responsible for cost of return. We ask that you add insurance to the item for an extra layer of protection. Please note that the seller is not liable for any lost or stolen items the buyer is returning. If something goes wrong, you can contact me at info@poetandcrow.com. You will find I am quite amenable when it comes to finding solutions that make everyone happy.
     

  • Items must be shipped for return in their original, unused condition within 12 days of receipt. If the item is not returned in its original, unworn and clean condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I retain the right to determine the value of the returned item and will deduct accordingly for any wear and tear or damage from the refund. 
     

  • *Refunds will be issued automatically within 3-5 business days after the item is received back in the studio.
     

  • Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to reflect on your original payment method. I have no control over the length of time it takes for your financial institution to credit your account. For any questions, please contact your bank/credit card company directly. 
     
  • Custom Orders: Please note that I am unable to accommodate custom orders at this time. However, if you find a particular piece in my sold items and wish to purchase it, please reach out (info@poetandcrow.com) and I will let you know if that is possible.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
